James built a greenfield practice in a small market (Eustis) into a yearly million dollar practice for Advanced Hearing and FMHC. He helped develop a training program and was the lead trainer for a 50 office practice. James left FMHC in 2017 when they did not honor their original agreement of affording him the opportunity to take over/own the Eustis practice he grew. James believes integrity and follow-through are critical to being successful in anything in life.
